TERMS & CONDITIONS

All members joining Julie Rayner agree to be bound by the following as per your application

1. Membership of Julie Rayner Introduction Services is available to anyone who is currently either unmarried, divorced, separated (Legally) or widowed and is aged between 18-80 years of age.

2. Julie Rayner reserves the right to refuse membership to any person and to withdraw membership where it is considered to be to the advantage of other members. No reason has to be given and no refund will be made if clients abuse their membership privileges.

3. Members must inform Julie Rayner when they wish to have their membership temporarily suspended from further introductions. Membership can be re-instated at any time as long as it is within their membership period.

4. Julie Rayner cannot accept responsibility for any event, act or accident arising from an introduction provided.

5. In any event whatsoever Julie Rayner will not be liable for any amount greater than the full fee paid less an administration charge of £15.00.

6. Upon Julie Rayner's acceptance of an application a legally binding contract will exist between Julie Rayner and the client. Any dissatisfaction must be made in writing to Julie Rayner to enable the company the opportunity to remedy any complaint. Any payment which is cancelled or stopped after receipt of documentation - without prior warning - could be deemed to be an act of fraud.

7. Any refunds requested and agreed by Julie Rayner will be in accordance with the Association of British Introduction Agencies Code of Practice and will be pro rate the unexpired portion of membership left to run, less the administration charge.

8. All information received is accepted in good faith and will be treated with the strictest confidence. Julie Rayner cannot be held responsible for an applicant who withholds information deliberately or otherwise which may affect their suitability for membership. The applicant's personal details are protected by the Data Protection Act 1984 and 1998. Limited particulars will only be given to other members selected as compatible to you.

9. This contract is between two parties only, the first party is Julie Rayner and the second party is the applying member. This contract does not give or imply any slave or master status to either party and both parties must amicably work together with the sole aim of providing suitable introductions to the applying member as per the criteria. A suitable introduction is deemed to have been made once two clients have a meeting.

10. A member's full name and address will never be published at any time. Julie Rayner's minimum obligation is 6 introductions during a 1-years membership period and 3 during a 6-month membership period - although most members receive many more introductions than this during their membership period. If, at the end of a membership period, these figures have not been achieved, membership will be extended free of charge for a further 6-month period or until such time as the guarantee is completed.

11. Julie Rayner's website, brochure materials, method of operation and matching programme remain the property of Julie Rayner and must not be copied or re-distributed, nor must a member communicate with any other members in order to copy or replicate the aforementioned.
